All purchases by Borealis are governed by the Borealis General Terms and Conditions of Purchase (the "General Terms of Purchase") unless otherwise agreed in writing by Borealis.

Under no circumstances will a seller's conditions of sale apply unless otherwise agreed in writing by Borealis.

All purchases must be based on an upfront written commitment by Borealis (e.g., a purchase order or a written contract).
