Experienced Professionals Technical Programme

Our international programme is specifically designed for talented scientists and engineers, who are ready to embark on rewarding, international careers in our Innovation and Technology Group. The program focuses on attracting professionals like you to enhance our technical capabilities at the Innovation Centre in Linz, Austria, as well as at other centres in Porvoo, Finland and Stenungsund, Sweden.

If you are a self-assured and motivated scientist or researcher, we would like to hear from you. To qualify for the prorgamme you will need to:

possess a PhD or a Masters in Chemistry, Physics, Material Science, Mechanical Engineering or another relevant field and demonstrate an outstanding academic track record;
have at least two years (and for several roles more than five years) of professional experience;
be fluent in English and one other major language (knowledge of German would be an asset);
be knowledgeable ideally in the area of polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP) material science - this would be a distinct plus;
be driven to expand your knowledge and become an expert in your field;
be a co-operative team-player ready to share your knowledge with others;
have excellent interpersonal and communications skills;
be willing to work in an international environment.
