Pharmaceutical and diagnostics packaging
From a regulatory requirement perspective,
the pharmaceutical and diagnostic packaging market can be divided into
primary packaging that is in direct contact with the active substance
and includes blister packs, fluid bags, pouches, bottles, vials and
ampoules. Secondary packaging includes every part of the total concept
or medical device that is not in direct contact with the packed drug or
fluid.
Borealis with the dedicated range of polyolefins offers materials suitable for use in different primary pharmaceutical and diagnostic packaging. For more information please see our summary data sheet or contact us at bormed@borealisgroup.com.
