Borealis increases polyethylene and polypropylene prices

Borealis, a leading provider of innovative, value creating plastics solutions, announces that it will increase all polyethylene prices by EUR 80/tonne and all polypropylene prices by EUR 50/tonne as of June 1, 2008.
"This increase is necessary to restore margins and to secure future innovation and development programmes," says Lorenzo Delorenzi, Executive Vice President of Polyolefins.
