We are looking for an Agronomist (f/m) who provides passion and expertise for digital topics and who supports our team in Linz, Austria. In this diverse function you work closely with our Digital Marketing Specialist and will bring your expert knowledge to our homepage and our digital tools in cooperation with external partners in the field of digitalisation.

Borealis L.A.T deals exclusively with high quality fertilizers and technical nitrogen products. Your main tasks include amongst others:

  • Creating relevant content for our homepage in English and coordinating the translation for 31 countries
  • Developing product descriptions together with external agencies and other internal departments e.g. Marketing Communications, Sales
  • Support the development of digital tools and implementation in agricultural practice (including trials and presentation to customers and farmers)
  • Recommendations for fertilization strategies based on field trials and publication of said strategies
  • Support in the creation of multimedia content (e.g. videos)
  • Active involvement in cross-department projects

 

Your qualifications:

  • Academic agronomy degree preferably enhanced with commercial education
  • Up to 5 years of relevant agronomical and commercial experience in the agri-business
  • Mastery of German and English at business level, additional languages appreciated
  • Passion and expertise in the fields of Digital Farming and experience with CMS
  • Strong customer focus and willingness to perform

We offer a competitive compensation based on the collective labour agreement, reflecting your competencies and experience, starting at EUR 47.207,30 annual gross salary and are willing to pay considerably more based on your experience and background. In addition, we offer attractive fringe benefits, e.g. flexi-time and a voluntary company pension plan.
