In this role, you will proactively drive the activities of our internal training academy within our Innovation Community and the whole Polyolefins Business. This includes the Borealis Business Academy ‘BBA’ in all of our locations, including our Joint Venture Borouge in Abu Dhabi with the Borouge Polyolefin Academy ‘BPOA’.

If you are looking for a role, in which you can lead projects independently, while you apply your customer orientation and people skills, then this might be for you:

  • Development of the BBA strategy and vision together with your BBA manager
  • Conducting training need-interviews with managers
  • Development of new training courses based on needs in close cooperation with internal and external trainers
  • Active information sharing and communication with the trainer network
  • Planning and evaluation of existing trainings, topics and training formats or tools
  • Organisation of trainings, statistics reporting, budget management

 

We want YOU if you possess most of the following experience, knowledge and skills:

  • Bachelor degree or relevant experience and some years of working experience
  • Mastery of English at business level
  • Very good general IT skills

As you will interact with a large number of stakeholders – trainers, management, external partners etc. – you will need very good communication skills, in order to be successful in this role. You enjoy setting directions and engaging in cross-cultural teams. Basic technical understanding or knowledge will be a definite plus. You know how to manage a project pro-actively but you are also known to be a good listener and service oriented.

We offer a role specific compensation and a competitive salary and fringe benefit package reflecting your profile, experience and the specifics of the country/location you apply for. In case the place of work is in Austria, the compensation is based on the collective labour agreement chemical industry starting at EUR 44.286,62 annual gross salary (based on 38 hrs/week).  We are willing to pay more based on your experience and background. In addition, we offer a yearly bonus and a voluntary company pension plan.
