What this role offers to you:

The role holder manages a dedicated Customer Service Representative Team. Supervises the Order to Cash process for all deliveries to customers in the defined area of multiple locations and countries.  He/She can manage/lead Projects related to process developments. He/she will assure that the agreed internal and external customer service levels and KPI targets are delivered.

The role holder is a member of the Customer Service Management team and is independently taking ownership for business and people related decisions, while being a role model living the Borealis values.

What is required from you:

  • Business / Commerce / Supply Chain degree
  • Strong knowledge of English language. German and French languages are highly appreciated.
  • Excellent management and communication skills, team spirit
  • Conceptual and analytical thinking, ability to prepare and analyse data, draw conclusions and propose solutions for improving customer service systems and processes to achieve quality and efficiency gains
  • Expertise in OTC processes and their continuous improvement, driving customer service excellence and customer satisfaction
  • Solution, process and profit oriented mind-set, ability to understand and constantly manage numerous highly complex processes, focusing on business ethics and safety
  • High level of stress resistance
  • Extensive experience in project management
  • At least 5 years of relevant commercial, supply chain or customer service leadership experience from international environment, preferably in B2B
  • Strong SAP knowledge appreciated

 

Required language levels:

  • English - higher advanced/fit for negotiation
  • German and French languages are highly appreciated.
