What this role offers to you:

The CSC Coordinator is the backbone of our Customer Service Team: he/she provides reliable back office support for our Customer Service department and ensures all data are properly registered in every platform they use.

Main areas of responsibility:

Maintain of entire bonus and discount agreements process in SAP:

  • Perform the bonus and rebate agreement for the assigned scope
  • Interacts with Sales and Finance in order to ensure that accruals are verified
  • Takes the lead so that calculation and payment can be executed in a timely manner
  • Align with Sales/Customers on bonus calculation details

Customer Master Data and Data integrity processes:

  • Is responsible for the correct set up of Customer Master data (Sold to) in line with VAT and other regulations
  • Creates and maintains Customer Sold to according to agreed procedures
  • Runs regular data quality checks to ensure master data integrity for Customer Master
  • Acts as master data central point of contact for the CSC, Finance, Tax and Sales manager for any Customer master data related issue
  • Interacts and aligns with Key User Community
  • Maintains, checks and improves the processes wherever is needed:
  • Ensures that all related procedures and handbooks are kept up to date

Provide support to NITRO and the CSC team with monthly/quarterly/year analysis and checks, including Audit checks

  • Is the local point of contact in connection with Account Payables team for any issues linked to missing workflow or payment, search information to ensure communication between supplier and CSRs and improve the payment process

What is required from you:

  • University Degree
  • Min 5-year CSC experience or similar basic knowledge/study as CSR role
  • Very good SAP, Excel and remote communication skills
  • Fluent written and verbal command of English (French or German are appreciated)
