We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative (m/ f).

About the roule

Role holder will draw on extensive knowledge to undertake specialised duties requiring proactive planning and co-ordination and the analysis of data/information within the order management process. Role holder will be, through knowledge and use of the internal and external network, develop customer satisfaction.

About your

  • Handle and follow up orders from order creation, delivery creation, transportation booking to invoicing to meet customer needs
  • Follow up payment behaviour of the customer and inform Sales Manager  to ensure on-time payment
  • Keep customer file updated in order to have all the latest commercial information available
  • Apply relevant procedures and in the order management process
  • Analyse data on sales planning, volume and price development, complaint status  to facilitate running business
  • Pro-actively follow-up order income• Register complaints, monitor status and communicate progress both internally and  externally

Knowledge, skills and experience

  • Minimum business/commercial in high school education (18+ 2-3 years)
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant commercial, logistics or business administration experience
  • Fluent in German and English 
  • Intercultural awareness
  • Experience of handling ERP systems, preferably SAP
  • Excellent communication skills; good internal reporting, good negotiation skills

About Borealis and our offer

Duration of the assignment:  This position is permanent, located in Linz, Austria and will Team Leader Customer Service Centre, Melamine

For applicants working in Austria, we are obligated to display the compensation package. We offer a competitive compensation based on the collective labour agreement starting at EUR 37.756,32 annual gross salary, a yearly bonus and other fringe benefits including a voluntary pension plan.
