As a Customer Service Representative you will draw on extensive knowledge to undertake specialised duties requiring proactive planning and co-ordination and the analysis of data/information within the order management process. You will, through knowledge and use of the internal and external network, develop and assure customer satisfaction.

Your main areas of responsibility include amongst others:

  • Handle and follow up orders from order creation, delivery creation and transportation booking to invoicing to meet customer needs
  • Follow up payment behaviour of the customers and inform Sales Managers to ensure on-time payment
  • Keep customer file updated in order to have all the latest commercial information available
  • Apply relevant procedures in the order management process
  • Analyse data on sales planning, volume and price development, complaint status to facilitate running business

What we expect from our Customer Service Representatives:

  • Pro-actively follow-up order income
  • Prompt response to any customer request
  • Register complaints, monitor status and communicate progress both internally and externally
  • Improve commercial position by developing close customer relationship

Knowledge, skills and experience:

  • Minimum business/commercial in high school education (18+ 2-3 years)
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant commercial, logistics or business administration experience
  • excellent English and fluent German knowledge on a business level
  • every additional language on business level is a benefit (preferably Czech, Slovak, Spanish and/or Italian)
  • Intercultural awareness and customer- as well as service-orientation
  • Experience of handling ERP systems, preferably SAP
  • Excellent communication skills; good internal reporting, good negotiation skills

Following Austrian law regulations we offer, reflecting your experiences, skills and competencies, competitive compensation based on the collective labour agreement chemical industry starting at around EUR 35.235,20 annual gross salary, in case of a match of all our requested criteria.
