Do you see challenges as opportunities rather than limits? Join our Customer Support Specialist Team in Customer Service Organisation. In this role you will be an expert in handling complaints globally, ensure that value added services are provided to our Customers and increase Customer orientation and awareness internally. As a Customer Support Specialist your main tasks will be:

  • Trigger the complaint handling process in a structured and coordinated way towards specific and relevant process stakeholders
  • Ensure timely service to our Customers in regards to complaints
  • Act as Supply Chain investigator for packaging and service complaints
  • Identify cross location trends in packaging and service complaints, share key learnings with relevant stakeholders in order to minimize the risk of reoccurrence of packaging and service complaints and in order to improve effectiveness of complaint handling process
  • Documentation and follow up of complaint handling process in our systems with focus on quality and completeness
  • Develop and run Customer oriented initiatives across the Supply Chain organisation and promote Customer awareness

 

Your profile:

Do you strive to get the best results, have a customer focus and enjoy building relationships with customers? So does our customer service team! We expect you to have a bachelor’s/master’s degree (e.g. business or commercial) and at least two years of experience in commercial, logistics or business administration. Fluent written and verbal English and excellent skills in SAP and Excel are essential in this role. You also need excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure and knowledge of improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean etc.).
