The goal of this new organization is to identify, select, and utilize disruptive technologies that will bring the company closer to the customer. It is Borealis’ creative and agile enabler to develop smart solutions for their customers and employees leveraging digital technologies.
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our Digital Studio!
What will be your role?
As a DevOps Engineer, you will act as the bridge between our developers and our operations/security teams. You will maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines to make sure our developers stay productive. You will automate processes, such as: deployments, release management, logging, monitoring and integrating e2e testing. You will also design and maintain three different clusters DEV/TEST/PROD with proper access controls (e.g. RBAC). When incidents occur you will do root cause analysis with remedies on how to prevent future outages. The Devops Engineer will have a strong focus on security and operations, ensuring we comply with established industry standards. VPN & VPC Networking and Routing configuration, to connect external systems into a cloud-native ecosystem, will also be your responsibility, as well as stress testing software to find their limits in a deterministic way. You will build reports and dashboards to track and display key metrics about builds, deployments and uptime. You will be on-call for incident response and incident management.
Who are we looking for?
You have a higher degree and at least 3 years of experience in DevOps. You are fluent in English and enjoy a diverse work environment. You like taking initiative and ownership, and communicate in a clear, transparent manner.
