You drive the enterprise architecture, processes and governance for Borealis.
You work closely with business and IT management, other architects and experts to translate business strategy into the Borealis Enterprise Architecture.
You facilitate the realization of the strategy via business and EA roadmaps.
Your main areas of responsibility include amongst others:
You are responsible for all aspects of Enterprise Architecture Management.
You communicate the value and role of EA to the Borealis organisation.
You lead the creation of the EA and the EA implementation plan based on business strategy and requirements.
You make sure all aspects of the EA (business, application, security, infrastructure, information/data, and integration architecture) are consistently managed and governed.
You make sure all architecture design and analyses work is well documented.
You provide the decision tools and process for Business and IT management to ensure sound management of the project portfolio.
You facilitate the evolution of the business operating models, by following market trends and technological evolutions to determine their potential impact on the strategy, direction and architecture of the company.
You are the right candidate for this position if you possess the following experience, knowledge and skills: You have thorough knowledge of Enterprise Architecture and its sub-disciplines: business, information, application & infrastructure architecture, etc.
You have good knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF), methods and tools (e.g. ARIS, MEGA).
You have a good understanding of the business ecosystem – preferably in the petrochemical industry.
Knowledge of system-of-systems interoperability approaches: Enterprise Application Integration (EAI), Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), Microservices, Open APIs, complex event processing, etc. and associated governance.
You are passionate about change and eager to push it forward while managing expectations.
You are customer-focused, able to build bridges between business and IT by enabling mutual understanding of the needs,
You have excellent skills in convincing and influencing.
You embrace the agile manifesto, values and principles.
