The TEN (Technical Nitrogen) Customer Service Representative and Supply Chain coordinator (CSR) role is not a typical order management role. It requires adaptions to dynamism of the business in order to deliver as promised or as possible.

This position is a primary link to our customers where our CSR coordinates the Order To Cash (OTC) process and ensures the logistic execution of customers’ orders. It means you will be the first point of contact for our B2B customers and our hauliers, ensuring that customers will get our products in time. If you feel comfortable with changes and be the engine to make the business happen – join us.
The role requires constant communication with our customers, hauliers, sales managers and other internal stakeholders in order to find the best solution for unexpected but everyday situations. This is a challenging and demanding job, which gives you opportunity to grow in both areas – Customer service and Logistics.
