What this role offers to you:

The Customer Service Representative is a primary link to our customers, who facilitates customer satisfaction in close collaboration with the sales team. CSR Coordinates the Order To Cash (OTC) process and ensures the logistics execution to customers, or manages the stock replenishment process and relevant warehouse activities in SAP.

What is required from you:

  • Business / Commerce degree
  • Strong English skills and close to native level in at least two of these languages: German, French, Italian, Bulgarian, Romanian, Serbian, Croatian, Slovak, Czech
  • At least 2 years of relevant commercial, logistics or customer service experience
  • Strong SAP knowledge appreciated
  • Analythical skills, data management skills
  • Strong MS Excel skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team spirit and solution oriented mind-set
  • Ability to prioritize work independently


Required language levels:

  • German, French, Italian, Bulgarian, Romanian, Serbian, Croatian, Slovak, Czech - close to native in at least 2 of these AND
  • English - higher advanced/fit for negotiation
