As the Group Credit, Collection and Payables Manager you will be part of a dynamic company and lead a group of people within the credit, collection and payables area. Together, your goal is to achieve outstanding credit and collection processes within the Borealis Group companies and continuously improve payment processes. In this position, you will guide teams and professionals, report issues as well as steer relevant stakeholders, internally and externally, within the Order to Cash and Risk Management process.

What makes you the perfect fit?
As the Group Credit, Collection and Payables Manager you have a Master Degree (preferably in Economics) with a minimum of 6-8 years of experience in relevant finance area. During this period you have gained a deep understanding for business modelling, risk management, project management and performance analysis with a demonstrated ability of setting direction, engaging people and managing change. Project and people management is not a challenge for you. You have a proven understanding of process thinking, affinity to systems and digital platforms, financial awareness and experience of managing people. To be successful in your leadership at Borealis, managing a large team you master the art of presenting, negotiating and communicating. You have high ethical standards and the ability to solve conflicts. Finally, you truly believe in teamwork and team building, with a drive for business success!
