Do you want to shape our business?
In this role, you will provide expertise to the location in the area of health and safety. Your main focus will be the organization in Stenungsund, but a strong contribution to our international HS team is also expected. You will actively be involved in the development and follow-up of actions supporting our HSE-policy. You will enlarge you network, cooperating with the local management team in order to find risks in your area. In addition, you will work close to our HSE Manager in order to ensure local compliance to HSE legislation.
You will also train, facilitate and coach the local organisation in consistent application of the policies, systems and tools and give advice in projects and changes to equipment and installations. You are responsible of ensuring leading performance in HSE by giving advice and expertise to relevant management teams – in order to help the organisation to meet its objectives.
Required knowledge, skills and experience:
We wish you to be an initiative and pro-active person who is recognized for being communicating, able to communicate with people of different backgrounds. You’re dialogue engaging, inspiring and motivating – in order to make our employees understand the importance of safety. Setting directions and work with various levels of the organization is not a challenge for you!
