What this role offers to you:

  • The role is responsible for the translation of the overall Learning      & Development strategy of the Business Unit into an operational,      manageable set of activities cascaded to employees
  • The role is also responsible for the overall identification and      translation of learning needs into concrete solutions and initiatives      being supported by Local HR team
  • The role is also responsible from ownership point of view for the      Success Factors Learning & Talent Management.
  • The role participates in Borealis Development Coordinators and      Horizon Learning Network and acts as a central point of contact and      expertise for NITRO local HR teams linked to Learning and Development      activities
  • This role has a strong interface to Borealis/OMV group and ensures      the best possible synergies

What is required from you:

  • Master’s degree in social sciences (focus on Human Resources) or psychology
  • Mastery of English language at business level
  • Other foreign languages are an asset
  • A deep understanding of motivational, pedagogic and psychological aspects of organizational as well as individual people development.
  • Strong IT skills
  • Didactic skills
  • Experience in the role: 5 years
  • Total experience: 10 years
  • International orientation and multicultural mind-set
  • Project management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Networking & Negotiation skills
  • Consulting skills (process facilitation, active listening, coaching)

 

Required language levels:

  • English - higher advanced/fit for negotiation
  • Other foreign languages are an asset
