Do you understand the importance of discretion and reliability?

In our Head Office in Vienna, we have an opening for a Legal Assistant, who will provide proactive support to our legal department. In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative activities and also initiate, inform, organize, implement, research, verify and report independently.

Furthermore, we need your support to…

  • coordinate and manage the signing of contracts and other legal documents in accordance with internal policies and processes.
  • enter and modify data in the contract management system and in other relevant databases (e.g. for trademarks).
  • maintain and manage SharePoint sites, as well as the department related website section within our Intranet.
  • compose correspondence/reports for manager’s signature.
  • prepare and format PowerPoint presentations.
  • organize meetings and provide support for external events and conferences.
  • update and follow-up on delegated tasks on own initiative in order to keep deadlines.
  • take care of travel arrangements and travel expenses.
  • take minutes during meetings and/or action-points registry.
  • provide routine administrative assistance.

Are you a communicative and open person with the ability to understand what is relevant, important or urgent?

As our ideal candidate, you can combine relevant experience as an assistant in a law firm or legal department with excellent organizing and planning skills. You are well known for your structured way of working as well as your very good knowledge of MS Office programs and IT tools. Flexibility and a concern for order and quality are further assets you can bring into this role. Finally, an excellent command of the English language is a must while experience with working in SharePoint, SAP and Salesforce are favorable.

We offer a competitive compensation based on the collective labour agreement, reflecting your competencies and experience, starting at EUR 42.800,00 annual gross salary and are willing to pay more based on your experience and background. In addition, we offer a yearly bonus and a voluntary company pension plan.
