Do you want to gain unique insights to a group wide LegalTech project?

As a Trainee within the Borealis Legal Department, you will work hand-in-hand with our LegalTech project team and support the implementation of a group wide contract lifecycle management tool within Borealis. Your contribution is expected for a range of project management tasks with key areas in implementation support, contract template administration, close alignment with various business areas and project tracking.

Further hands-on tasks, we need your support for are…

  • Agreement templates creation, update and´alignment
  • Contract migration
  • Support in the pre-scoping/define phase with various business areas
  • Documentation and tracking in project management tool JIRA
  • Preparation for tool testing
  • Tool testing
  • Go-live admin support
  • Documentation and visualisation of business & change management processes based on the input from the various business areas
  • Development of communication and training materials
  • Preparation of presentations
  • Additional support to the Legal Department as required

Are you curious, dynamic and well organised?

As our desired candidate, you have ongoing final studies in Law or Business Administration and are eager to gain experience in an international dynamic company and the work of inhouse lawyers. You have a natural inclination for technology and feel comfortable learning, experimenting with, and adapting new tools. First experience working with MS Office (SharePoint, MS Teams, OneNote) or Atlassian (Confluence, JIRA) is an additional asset as well as first professional experience in general. You are flexible, reliable and able to work independently based on the collected input. This full-time traineeship can start as of January 2020 and will last for a period of six months.

We offer a competitive compensation based on the Austrian collective labour agreement of EUR 1.900,00 gross per month for a full time employment and a pro-rated Christmas and vacation bonus.
