Logistics Administrator (f/m)

Position Summary:As Logistics Administrator you will support the Logistics team with various administrative tasks in the area of Logistic contract management and Logistic contract execution. You will also be administrator of the Logistics Sharepoint site and support the Logistics team in various, ad-hoc projects. In your function, you will work closely together with the whole logistics team who is located in various European countries. Your Line Manager will be the Global Logistics Manager based in Vienna.

Your areas of responsibility include:  

Supporting the Logistics team in various administrative tasks:

  • Maintenance of Freight Prices in SAP in alignment with respective Logistics Specialists
  • Execution of the correct costing and invoicing of the logistics services
  • Monitoring the Logistic Service Providers performance
  • Introduction and maintenance of purchase orders and master data in SAP
  • Updating and handling of distribution related information in the respective IT applications & tools
  • Data entry for and running of reports
  • Assisting in the Logistics claim handling process
  • Participation in distribution or Supply Chain related projects on an ad hoc basis
  • Administrator of Logistics Sharepoint site
  • Developing and maintaining a relationship with new and existing Logistics Service Providers in order to receive all necessary information, execution of the costing and invoicing process

You are the right candidate for this position if you have the following education, experience and skills:

  • Bachelor degree (business/accounting/commercial oriented education)
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years relevant experience
  • Good knowledge of computer skills, MS office applications, especially Excel and SAP (SD area)
  • Knowledge of Sharepoint is an advantage
  • Fluency of English
  • French or German is an advantage
  • Excellent team player
  • Good communication skills, ability to obtain needed information
  • Concern for order and quality
  • Flexible and pro-active way of working and ability to work independently
  • Interest in logistics

This is a permanent position located in Budapest, Hungary.
