We are looking for a motivated and energetic Logistics Coordinator for our Supply Chain team based in Kilpilahti, Porvoo.

Are you looking for new challenges in the area of logistics, where you can use your excellent planning and customer service skills to go beyond boundaries with us? As a member of the Porvoo Cracker Supply Chain team, you will plan and schedule daily Site HC (olefins/co-products) material flows to maintain supply service level to Polyolefins plants as internal customer and 3rd parties. You will keep up to date the - local balance of feedstocks and (co-)products and work in close cooperation with Cracker operations, central commercial, logistics teams and Neste refinery.

As our new Logistics Coordinator in Borealis, these will be your main tasks:

  • Plan, execute and coordinate customer orders / supplier deliveries with Traders, Product Managers, customers, suppliers and other external stakeholders
  • Participate in business development projects, contribute with local expert knowledge
  • Pro-actively support troubleshooting activities in situation of short or long supply
  • Problem solving with customers and suppliers
  • Develop together with Local and Central team planning tools and local interphases

Required knowledge, skills and experience

  • Bachelor degree preferable in process/supply chain
  • Preferable  3-5 years of relevant process or supply chain experience
  • Excellent knowledge of spoken and written Finnish and English
  • Experience in working with SAP and MS Office tools is an advantage
