Are you a highly customer oriented person who is enthusiastic to continuously develop processes forward? We are looking for an energetic Order Fulfilment Coordinator for our Site logistics in Austria, Schwechat. In this challenging role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of all internal and external orders for a designated product portfolio and therefore ensure the fulfilment of our promise to our customers on time and in full. Acting as the operational point of contact towards our Logistics Service Providers (transport carriers & external warehouses) and making all relevant order fulfilment information available to serve our customers, are further exciting tasks in this extensive role.

In your responsibility you will ...

  • Handle and monitor deliveries from our production plants to our customers;
  • Manage the batch allocation process following the defined & set quality guidelines and agreed time before loading date, considering priority management for physical loadings and keeping relevant stakeholders informed;
  • Be responsible for transport booking execution and trouble shooting in case of transport capacity imbalances / conflicts or Logistics Service Providers operational issues;
  • Be responsible for single shipment spot sourcing including price agreement within frame;
  • Monitor the loading slot booking as well as the final loading pro-actively.

Knowledge & Skills required

  • Bachelor degree (business/logistics oriented education) and/or 3 to 5 years’ of experience (preferably within the Supply Chain area)
  • Fluent English and German, both spoken and written
  • Basic knowledge of Supply Chain processes (transportation, supply planning or sales order execution)
  • Good IT skills, MS Office and other ERP knowledge (preferably SAP)

This is a temporary position limited for 2 years.

Following Austrian law regulations we offer, reflecting your experiences, skills and competencies, competitive compensation based on the collective labour agreement chemical industry starting at EUR 44.286,62 annual gross salary (based on 38 hrs/week) and are willing to pay more based on your experience and background. In addition, we offer a yearly bonus and a voluntary company pension plan.
