We are looking for a Regional Marketing Communications Specialist (F/M) based in Courbevoie (92). He will be in charge of regional marketing communications strategies for France, Spain and UK.

Role Purpose: 

The Regional Marketing Specialist (RMS) is responsible for the establishment and implementation of regional marketing communications strategies and plans in order to promote the Borealis L.A.T portfolio of products and services, increase brand awareness and stakeholder engagement (farmers, resellers and other target audiences). This involves commuication content creation, design coordination, placement via online and offline channels, promotion via events, advertising a.o. means of communication.


Communications strategy

  • Develop and implement together with agronomists, sales and product marketing teams an integrated and comprehensive regional marketing communications plan. The plan shall incorporate all relevant channels and preferred media addressing selected target audiences (farmers, resellers, other stakeholders) by selected communication means (online/offline, campaigns, events, prints,..)

Content generation

  • Develop and edit content for all written publications (direct mailing, newsletters, website, presentations, a.o promotional materials) in cross-functional alignment with agronomists, sales, product marketing teams.


  • Support brand management and CI development initiatives
  • Applying CI and brand management guidelines in design and production of all relevant promotional materials offline/online.

Online marketing

  • Placement of appealing website content on the country pages of the respective regional cluster in alignment with the Digital Marketing Specialist, acting as country editor

Event management

  • Local support to the Event Marketing Specialist for the organization of events and responsible to drive attendance to the event.

Cost control

  • Define regional MarComs budget needs and control implementation of activities in time and within approved budgets.
  • Marketing activities reporting and performance tracking.

Supplier management

  • Negotiate media placement and plan, fill insertion orders, and manage the media plan closely in order to ensure frequent, timely and positive media coverage across all available media.

Market intelligence

  • Monitor competitor's marketing communications activities and track marketing communication trends.


  • Matrix and project managment – ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • High interacton with internal stakeholders (sales, customer service, agronomy , representatives and MarCom team) and external stakeholders (communications agency)
  •  Set-up activities and initiatives to serve the needs of target audiences (farmers, resellers and other stakeholder groups)

  • Proactive interaction with area sales managers, sales teams, agronomy, product marketing management and MarComs teams.


  • Master’s degree, or equivalent, preferably in marketing or communications and/or equivalent experience from an international company
  • International brand management experience


  • 8+ years experience from similar role within an international environment
  • Strong proven experience in marketing communications activities
  • Fluent in French & English, spanish (professional level)
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Powerpoint, as well as Adobe or other communications software
