Become part of the HR NITRO team. We offer you a wide scope of action, a demanding and varied range of tasks as well as a close cooperation with the different NITRO locations.

Our NITRO Reward Expert (m/f)

  • Serves as a trusted advisor to the NITRO organisation on all reward programs and related processes
  • Supports the decision making process on complex Compensation & Benefit topics with a high strategic/financial impact
  • Responsible for the execution of the global processes related to Compensation & Benefits, including ownership of the related instructions and tools within NITRO
  • Analyses current compensation & benefits status/structure within NITRO and is supporting the decision making process for future reward processes
  • Advises and supports the HR NITRO HR community on Reward topics
  • Coordinates projects on compensation and benefit plans
  • Co-ordinates and leads functionally the local and regional NITRO reward specialists
  • work proactively on reward topics and implement them efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with internal regulations and labour law
  • be part of the international NITRO HR management team and work in close cooperation with the local HR management and internal HR interfaces

Your area of responsibility will be completed by the sustainable implementation of our NITRO HR strategy on a local level and by participating in national and international HR projects.


You convince us with your “hands-on” mentality, your out-of-the-box thinking and solution orientation as well as through proactivity.  

Additionally, you have…

  • a successfully completed University degree with focus on human resources or commercial specialisation
  • 5-7 years of professional experience in a comparable position
  • Functional knowledge of Human Resources Business Processes
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, ability to analyse data, understand trends and develop recommendations
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, experience working with a multi-national organisation, conceptual thinking and perseverance
  • payroll knowledge a strong advantage
  • fluent German and English skills (oral and written)
  • Experienced with MS-Office-tools (especially Excel)
  • Nice to have: Practical experience with the relevant SAP-tools
  • Nice to have: Practical experience with grading and payment system “Hay” – Korn Ferry
  • a strong customer and service orientation as well as a structured approach
