The role of Customer Service Representative is challenging and complex. Communication skills, Flexibility, as well as Stress resistance are key to this role!

You will:

  • be the first point of contact for our B2B customers
  • coordinate the Order-To-Cash (OTC) process from order management, through the loading execution until invoicing
  • handle customer requests and queries
  • interact with customers and stakeholders, using your problem solving skills with your solution-oriented attitude.

Your profile:

  • College/university degree
  • Serbian (C1) and English (B2)
  • at least 2 years of customer service experience
  • SAP knowledge appreciated
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team spirit and solution oriented mind-set
  • Autonomy at work and prioritization skills
