We are currently looking for a Specialist, Analyst & Coordinator supporting the S&OP Manager and the S&OP team (Sales & Operations Planning) in terms of projects, continuous improvement to ensure set ups in alignment with business unit targets and customer needs.

Your strong IT skills and technical understanding should bring the planning to a new automatized, IT supported level. This role will give you a very good opportunity to become familiar with the whole planning process and its complexities for fertilizer and technical business including intermediate, order income and delivery planning.

You are the ideal candidate if you are a quick and analytical thinker with excellent IT knowledge & well-structured way of working.

Your main tasks and responsibilities 

  • Identifies possibilities of planning automatization. Improves and develops IT solutions for planning areas and its reporting considering business specifics. Provide input to improve planning process within the network.
  • Checks feasibility to further integrate planning in PowerBI dashboard
  • Participation and leading S&OP related  projects, especially related to S&OP excellence initiatives
  • Supports managers within S&OP team for analysis especially in case of unplanned events. Will be able to execute daily business tasks being back-up in case needed.
  • Assists S&OP Manager to fulfil and coordinate tasks for S&OP related matters
  • Establishes necessary reporting to be able to monitor flows and balances

 Your profile: Knowledge, Skills & Experience 

  • University diploma/bachelor degree in Business/Economics; informatics or technical studies (recent graduates welcome)
  • Fluent in German, French and English
  • Advanced IT skills: Excel (preferably VBA skills), understanding of database structures. PowerBI knowledge and ideally SAP/APO/AFO experience
  • Strong analytical thinking
  • Technical understanding and interest in logistic/commercial processes
  • Very good communication and facilitating skills and cultural awareness of the countries served

 Employment and location facts

This position is permanent, located in Linz, Austria and will report to Irene Haberfellner S&OP Mgr Fertilizer /TEN

Following Austrian law regulations we offer, reflecting your experiences, skills and competencies, competitive compensation based on the collective labour agreement chemical industry starting at EUR 48 240,-- annual gross salary. In addition, we offer a yearly bonus and a voluntary company pension plan.
