Are you looking for a chance to develop yourself further as a communications professional?

As a summer trainee in communications, you will be working with internal and external communication matters in order to deliver excellent and clear communication. With your experience in coordinating and implementing communication through different channels, you will support the company & brand reputation and overall Borealis strategy.

Your areas of responsibility are:

  • Implementation of external/internal communication approach via communication tools and channels
  • Implementing communications activities, projects and other initiatives
  • Supporting to educate the society on plastic related topics and our products to build the positive image of plastics, create employee engagement and company advocacy

What makes you the perfect fit?

You are studying Communications or equivalent, and already have some work experience. Excellent written communications skills, including editing skills and ability to synthesise complex information and crystallise key messages with a keen eye for detail and quality are important in this role. Photography and filming skills including editing is an advantage. To succeed in this role you should have native-level Finnish and excellent English language skills.

The role requires a pro-active and open-minded attitude. Also hands-on and can-do attitude are appreciated.

The position covers summer months from May to August but the more detailed working period will be agreed together with the trainee.
