Division: Nitro

You will…

  • Identify NITRO needs and work to create and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy to constantly improve to attract talents and diverse candidates across all levels of the organisation
  • Build a strong employer brand on a group level so that we can develop strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs as well as support the derivation to the local/country level
  • Analyse relevant KPIs of all Employer Branding and social media activities, including recommendations and improving actions
  • Coordinate partnerships with external suppliers for digital recruitment, job boards and HR software vendors
  • Manage the recruitment budget, monitor and report spend against plan
  • Ensure a robust hiring process that includes 100% of offered candidates have a competency-based interview
  • Ensure a high quality and consistent approach to job adverts, including providing training and mentorship to hiring managers
  • Oversee talent acquisition in our international entities and manage full talent acquisition process for top managers & senior leaders

You have…

  • Master’s degree in Psychology, HR or a related field
  • Mastery of English at business level
  • 10+ years managerial working experience in the HR field
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrable experience of effective communications, within complex organizations, in particular with geographically dispersed staff
  • Experience managing talent acquisition and employer branding across multiple business disciplines and geographies
  • Excellent recruitment specific skills and practical know how in the full recruitment process
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple processes at the same time
  • Impact & influence: ability to create impact on diverse stakeholders (in and outside HR) in the organization regarding recruitment initiatives
  • Key leadership skills; engage and coach, situation based leadership approach, integrity and trust, cross cultural awareness, customer focus and delivery of results
