In this vital role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing metrics to measure our performance within the area of Business Optimization and Supply Chain (BOSC) and gain deep insights by creating benchmarks to relative industry players, which enable you to present opportunity gaps between our current performance and competitive requirements. You are eager to become an expert of the content, functionality and data structures within the BOSC reporting library and liaise with the respective management team to ensure decision support. Managing and controlling the performance management development as well as contributing to the continued enhancement of reporting automation and state of the art visualization, is another essential task of this comprehensive role.

In our challenge to drive forward, we expect you to…

  • Develop a performance monitoring governance framework for BOSC including the identification and tracking of risks and opportunities for the respect area.
  • Define team reports and KPIs together with the BOSC leadership team to effectively steer and measure the business and supply chain performance as well as ensure alignment with related departments (e.g. Procurement) to avoid conflicting KPIs.
  • Develop and publish performance-monitoring reports in order to build a capable and high performance organization plus driving benchmark studies related to supply chain processes and costs.
  • Collaborate with the BOSC team, cross-functional stakeholders and business partners to develop and implement updated improvement opportunities for analytic solution delivery.
  • Align the reporting objectives with the business strategy and financial data visibility.
  • Define training requirements concerning performance management in alignment with the capability expert.

This job might be right for you if you can combine a Master’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Engineering or Supply Chain Management with a minimum of 5 years’ of relevant professional experience in finance or a centre of excellence related to supply chain or other support functions ideally in a multinational environment. You have completed professional trainings with focus on business finance and can demonstrate a strong commercial understanding combined with an extensive professional knowledge in supply chain, preferably through being responsible for performance management in the past. We are looking for an inspirational, engaging leader who supports fact based decision-making and reporting excellence with great analysis and conceptualisation skills. Finally, you are self-confident with the ability to influence and translate complex situations into simple terms. Fluency in English is indispensable.

We offer a competitive compensation based on the collective labour agreement, reflecting your competencies and experience, starting at EUR 80.800,00 annual gross salary and are willing to pay more based on your experience and background. In addition, we offer a yearly bonus and a voluntary company pension plan.
