Ensuring a safe work environment for our people is, and always will be, our top priority. Since the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic we have successfully managed to ensure a safe work environment for our employees, a basis for guaranteeing business continuity.
Based on our learnings, we continue to take all steps reasonably possible to help stop the spread of COVID-19 and protect our employees and business partners while proceeding with our measures to maintain business continuity. We do this by following and where necessary exceeding the respective government guidelines of each country and region in which we operate. Work scenarios are continuously re-evaluated for all our locations on an individual basis, including regular risk assessments by our Location Leadership Teams, and our Health, Safety & Environment and HR organisation. At the same time, we have been actively encouraging our employees to be vaccinated against COVID-19.

With these actions we are also supporting our customers and business partners to minimise their employees’ exposure to potential safety or health risks. At the same time, we expect our partners to comply with COVID-19 related legal requirements and regulations issued by governments on national and regional level.
We thank you for your understanding that for practical reasons it is not possible for us to answer individual customer surveys regarding which safety measures we currently have in place for all of our sites.

We keep our regional websites updated with the current safety regulations we have in place, as business partners who need to access our sites also need to comply with these measures. Thank you for checking this information before you enter one of our locations.
We will continue to provide regular updates and information by way of our established channels. In case of questions, do not hesitate to reach out to your direct contact at Borealis, or via these contact forms.
