UJ599MO is an integrated virgin/recycled PP solution with 55% post-consumer recyclate content with high melt flow rate, based on Borstar Nucleation Technology that allows cycle time reduction. This grade is intended for injection moulding. It is designed for high-speed injection moulding and contains nucleating and demoulding additives. Products originating from this grade have excellent balance of stiffness and impact strength at ambient and cold temperature, good flow and good demoulding properties. 71 refers to colour indication “light colour” version of resin UJ599MO. Due to nature of recyclates, some variation in colour can be observed between batches. Not intended for use in beverages, drinking water contact, food contact, medical, pharmaceutical or healthcare applications.
