Never complacent, we're constantly developing new materials to enable step-change healthcare innovations. One such example is Bormed SC876CF, which, when combined with other materials in our broad Bormed film product range, significantly reduces the need for costly impact modifiers in the film formulation for medical fluid bags.
To complete our film offering, the recently launched Bormed PL8830-PH bridges the gap between thermoplastics and elastomers. Especially suited for use in pouch systems, it allows for reduced use of non-polyolefin impact modifiers, as well as other compounds and elastomers, making it a cost-effective, mono-material solution that is easily recyclable.

The Bornewables™ and Borcycle™ are two of our newest portfolios. The Bornewables offers circular Bormed polyolefins produced with renewable feedstock derived entirely from waste and residue streams and with a reduced carbon footprint, while the Borcycle C line of Bormed uses chemical recycling to renew plastic back to plastic, giving polyolefin-based, post-consumer waste another life. Offering the same material performance and regulatory compliance as virgin Bormed medical grades, these transformative solutions have been created with our planet in mind.
