The next generation random PP for flip-top caps

Borealis has expanded its family of multimodal polyolefin resins with the launch of BorPure™ RF777MO. This resin is based on the proprietary Borstar® Nucleation Technology (BNT) and fulfils value chain demand for high-quality solutions offering excellent organoleptics, high transparency, excellent gloss and robust hinge performance. As next generation random polypropylene (PP), BorPure™ RF777MO is particularly suitable for the growing segment of flip-top caps.

Independent testing has confirmed the excellent organoleptic properties and thus the suitability of BorPure™ RF777MO for the most sensitive beverage and food applications. What is more, converters also benefit from improved processability, consistent and reliable quality, and top performance on the capping line.
