Update on Borealis results publications
As of 29 October 2020, Borealis is majority owned (75%) by OMV Group and consequently fully consolidated in OMV Group figures. In order to reflect this new reporting structure, Borealis will publish bi-annual business updates for the half and full year, replacing the quarterly results media release publications. The timing of these updates will be synchronised with OMV’s second and fourth quarter/full year results publications.
This decision has been taken in alignment with OMV Group and shall ensure full consistency in the financial information provided via one channel, Borealis Business results being consolidated in the Chemicals & Materials Division of OMV Group.
