Borcycle™ UF551MO is an integrated virgin homo BNT PP / recycled PP solution with 55% post-consumer recyclate content. Post-consumer plastic waste used for this product is pre-sorted, sorted, shredded, washed, dried, and extruded including melt filtration. This grade contains proprietary Borealis Nucleation Technology (BNT) to produce highly crystalline polypropylene. UF551MO-72 is intended for injection moulding. “-72” refers to a visual indication of “light grey” colour version of the product. UF551MO-72 contains anti-static and slip additives, which result in good demoulding properties. Products moulded from this grade exhibit excellent dimension consistency combined with good stiffness. Due to nature of recyclates, some variation in colour can be observed between batches. Not intended for use in beverages, drinking water contact, food contact, medical, pharmaceutical or healthcare applications.
