Ambicat™

Ambicat™ is a catalyst for use in low voltage wire insulation and jacketing. It uses an organic acid instead of harmful tin-organic additives as the active substance, reducing the environmental impact. It also enables significantly faster cross-linking, facilitating the curing of the insulation at room temperature or in ambient conditions without the use of a water baths or saunas, resulting in time, cost, and energy savings.

We offer Ambicat in combination with Visico™, a natural, halogen-free polyethylene. Together, they form a state-of-the-art moisture-cured cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) solution suitable for use in power transmission and distribution cables, as well as wires and cables for industries and buildings.
